Karl Kimbel--Owner, Mechanic.

I started riding road in the mid 1980s, switched to Mountain in 1989 and really never looked back.  I prefer to have dirt under my wheels.  I have been working in the bicycle industry off and on since 1993.  My time away from the bike world included stints as a horse logger, trail builder, teacher, guide, and farmer.  Currently, I am focusing on riding gravel and single track, commuting or riding the kids around in my Larry -vs- Harry Bullitt.

Joshua Stockwell-- Mechanic.

Petey Botts--Bike Builder Extraordinaire, Mechanic in Training.

about us

Established in July 2005, Klunk! was started from a collection of garage sale and thrift store bicycles and a desire to see more people on bikes.  By offering affordable, mechanically sound, used bicycles,  we immediately filled a niche among the already existing shops in town.

Over the years we have evolved into a Service and Repair focused shop. While we still offer used bicycles, we primarily stock New bicycles from Jamis, Masi, Surly, All City, Fairdale, Soma & Larry -vs- Harry.

At Klunk! we offer new and used bicycles as well as expert repair on all varieties of bikes.  Our rates are the best in town and our turn around time on repairs is generally 48 hours.  We will price match online prices for parts whenever we can.

Please support your local bike shop!
